Description

Villa Silvana is a contemporary in Petit Cul de Sac within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. A large, double staircase made of grey stones leads to the living room and large terrace with a heated infinity pool overlooking the bay. The modern living room is elegantly decorated with large comfortable sofas and a bar, and opens to the air-conditioned gourmet kitchen. A private dining room features a large, wooden table with seating for 8 guests. Located next door is the master suite, which overlooks the view and has a 4-poster king-size bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, and a large dressing area.

A junior cottage is located above the main house and includes 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living room. A well-equipped fitness room and office are located above the cottage near the entrance. A path leads to a Balinese gazebo and, just beyond, access to the bay. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and fitness area, WiFi, a fax machine, U.S. satellite TV, and use of shared tennis courts within walking distance.
